What will you do?

• You will break down the strategic plan into specific projects that translate into requirements and immediate actions for the development team in order to reach set goals and targets
• You will lead different customer projects from the initiation phase through execution, resourcing, identifying schedules, scope prioritization, budget estimations, task coordination, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation and communication plans to meet the milestones, objectives, and deliverables within agreed timeframes and budgets, and will ensure overall project management quality
• You will be determining the client’s needs as well as assisting and advising them
• You will assist the sales team in case they are confronted with functional product questions they can’t answer
• You will be committed to the deadlines that are set and stay focused on the team’s schedule and the deliverables that we aim to achieve as a team
• You will pick out specialists from the organization to validate and refine the execution of your projects
• You will make functional test plans for our internal testing and for customer acceptance testing
• You will act as a sounding board during the actual development of the product, and participate in scrum meetings (standups, retrospectives, …)
• You will ensure the quality of the final report

• You have a higher education or equal through experience
• You have experience with web technologies and a sufficient technical background to estimate the complexity of a problem correctly
• Experience with tools like Github or other project management software is a plus
• Experience in Docker, SQL, relational databases (Oracle Spatial, PostgreSQL/PostGIS), scripting, Git, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Linux is a plus
• You are a team player and your leadership style earns respect
• You have excellent communication skills to determine your client’s needs and clarify or simplify information based on your audience
• You understand the bigger picture, are analytical, and can quickly assess, break down and prioritize problems
• You are fluent in spoken and written English, speaking Dutch is a plus
• You are punctual, structured, well organized, and you work well under pressure
• You are customer-oriented and have a strongly developed sense of responsibility
