What will you do?
- Improve and expand our security solution portfolio
- Find your way into the code of existing open-source solutions such as Chromium and create new functionality
- Work together with our highly skilled development team to find the best and user-friendly solutions to security problems
- Research new software and technologies that can help us achieve our goals
What do we expect from you?
You are passionate about development, love new technologies, and are eager to learn. Blockchain, versioning, decentralization, and Docker get you excited. IT is not only your job but also your passion.
- Thorough JavaScript and TypeScript knowledge
- Skilled in node.js development
- Experience in an SPA / JavaScript framework such as Vue.js or React
- Knowledge of the Linux system, Docker, and CI/CD
- Experience in using GIT/Github
- Knowledge of REST APIs and Restful principles
- Knowledge of relational databases and the usage of ORM’s
- oAuth understanding is a plus
You love to research and find out how things really work. You don’t mind spending a few days solving a single problem but enjoy the dopamine rush when you do. You love new technologies and are not afraid of big code bases.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and a general understanding of browsers and the web
- Experience with C++ is a plus, and being willing to learn is mandatory
- Headstrong in solving technical problems
- Strong knowledge of the Linux system, Docker, and CI/CD
- Experience in using GIT/Github
- Knowledge of the HTTP protocol including proxies, reverse proxies, HTTP headers and more
- A bachelor’s or master’s diploma in ICT or Informatics, or equal through experience.
- Fast learning, eager, and persistence to find a solution
- Good communication skills. You are able to present your ideas in a clear, structured, and inspiring way
- Good knowledge of English, speaking Dutch is a plus
- You can work well independently, but you are also a good team player
- You are ambitious, result-focused, responsible and a creative problem solver
- You have a high feeling of responsibility
